From now until Jan. 2011 the team will be practicing twice a week. 

Wednesday nights from 7 to 9pm at Aliso Viejo Community Park.  This is 2 hand touch in conjunction with the Gator Old Boys.  Bring your cleats because field gets wet. 

Saturday morning from 930 to 11am conditioning coach Rob Peterson hosts a free training session.  This is located at the middle school right next to Aliso Viejo Community Park.  Please wear sneakers.  It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat and something to keep you hydrated.

When: 11am until 12pm
Who: All players who want to play next year for the gators. 

We will be doing fitness before at 930am at same location.
